Great to meet you!

Hi there! I’m a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) offering online therapy/telehealth in California, with advanced training in somatic psychotherapy, trauma integration, and identity development.

My approach is trauma-informed, attachment-based, and polyvagal-informed, blending somatic work, parts work, and developmental science with warm, relational care. I support clients with anxiety, depression, complex PTSD/trauma, burnout, and relationship or family stress while helping you build a more grounded, regulated, and resilient sense of self.

I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ clients (including transgender and non-binary people), and I provide letters of support for gender-affirming surgery when clinically appropriate. I also work extensively with neurodivergent folks (including Autism and ADHD), people navigating major life transitions or identity exploration, and those living with chronic stress, grief, or loss.

In our work together, we’ll move at a pace that feels safe, collaborative, and sustainable. We’ll focus on nervous system regulation, skill-building, and deep insight, honoring both your challenges and your strengths. My practice is rooted in cultural humility and anti-oppression values, and my goal is to help you create a more authentic, empowered, and connected life—with a foundation for lasting healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

I see therapy as a collaborative process—one that focuses not only on insight, but also on practical skills and nervous system coping so well-paced change can take root in your daily life. In our sessions, we’ll stay connected to what’s unfolding in the moment while also tracking broader patterns over time, working at a pace and structure that feel sustainable for you.

My approach is relational and body-aware, helping you connect more deeply with your emotions, shift unhelpful patterns, and strengthen your capacity to respond rather than react. I may invite you to notice physical sensations, try new ways of relating, or reframe long-held narratives so they align more closely with your values and goals.

For couples and partners of all genders and relationship structures, our work centers on understanding, repair, and secure connection. We’ll focus on building open communication, restoring trust after conflict, and cultivating resilient, healthy bonds.

At the heart of my practice is an intention to offer a space that feels both supportive and gently challenging — a space where you can process difficult experiences while experimenting with new ways of being that align with the life and relationships you want to create.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to leave sessions with greater clarity — about what’s happening inside you, within your relationships, and in the patterns that shape your daily life. Along the way, you’ll gain practical tools and strategies to support your goals between sessions and to help change feel sustainable over time.

Our work will focus on recognizing and shifting patterns in thought, behavior, and body that may be keeping you stuck. Many clients find that, over time, they’re able to regulate their nervous system more effectively, communicate with more confidence, and approach challenges with choice rather than reactivity.

As insight deepens, you may notice a growing trust in yourself, alignment with your values, and a greater capacity to create and sustain authentic, supportive relationships.

My aim is that therapy offers not only understanding, but also embodied experiences, tangible skills, and meaningful perspective shifts — resources you can continue to draw on long after our work together ends.
