Great to meet you!
I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with a background in school counseling and extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, and families through a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and life challenges. My work has given me a deep understanding of how our experiences, relationships, and environments can shape the way we feel and function.
I believe therapy should feel like a safe, supportive space where you can be yourself without judgment. I take the time to understand each person’s unique story, strengths, challenges, and goals rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
I work with children, adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, stress, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, relationship challenges, and other concerns that may be getting in the way of feeling your best. I especially enjoy helping clients develop practical tools to better understand their emotions, strengthen their coping skills, build confidence, and navigate life’s challenges with greater resilience.
My goal is for every client to feel seen, heard, and supported while developing the insight, skills, and confidence to create meaningful and lasting change.
