Great to meet you!

I have been in the mental health field for over two decades, supporting people through life transitions, painful experiences, and the work of rediscovering themselves. My approach is collaborative and person-centered, meaning we will move at your pace while honoring your story, strengths, and lived experience. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a partnership, where your voice and perspective guide the process. Together, we will focus on building trust and creating a space where you feel understood, supported, and safe to explore whatever you may be carrying. Let me stand with you as you work toward healing, growth, and a greater sense of clarity.

My approach to therapy

I strive to offer a warm, compassionate, and culturally humble space where all parts of you are welcome and respected. My goal is to create an environment where you can feel safe showing up as your authentic self, without fear of judgment, and where your experiences, identities, and perspectives are honored. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel supported in exploring both the challenges you face and the strengths you already carry.

My hope is that, over time, you will feel more grounded, more understood, and more connected to the life you want to build. Together, we can work toward developing insight, strengthening coping skills, and creating meaningful changes that support your long-term growth, resilience, and overall well-being

What you can expect from me

You can expect to be heard and to feel genuinely understood. The first session, and every session after, is centered on you, where you are right now and where you would like to be. We will take things one step at a time, focusing on what feels most important and meaningful for you in the moment. My goal is to support you in moving toward the life you want at a pace that feels manageable and respectful of your process. Change is not always easy; however, I am committed to doing my best to support, guide, and encourage you as you work toward meaningful growth.
