Great to meet you!

As a licensed therapist, I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and healing. I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and have extensive experience in outpatient mental health settings. I understand that seeking help for your mental health can be daunting, and I’m here to support you. I primarily work with adults navigating anxiety, transitions, and self-discovery by providing a warm and welcoming environment to unpack life's challenges.

My approach to therapy

I integrate therapeutic modalities like Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and trauma-focused CBT to meet clients’ needs. Using a collaborative, strengths-based feminist approach, I support their unique journeys.

This holistic perspective allows me to tailor interventions that honor each client’s experiences. By fostering a supportive environment, I help clients explore emotions, challenge limiting beliefs, and develop coping strategies. Together, we work towards healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

I strive for clients to realize the limitless possibilities within their lived experiences and extraordinary potential in their journey of self-discovery. I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore their emotions and challenge limiting beliefs. Goals typically include building self-awareness and enhancing coping strategies. By the end of our work together, clients often leave with a deeper understanding of themselves and a renewed sense of empowerment.
