Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Psychologist with more than a decade of experience in community behavioral health, working alongside children, families, and adults navigating some of their most difficult moments. In my private practice, I work with individuals and families dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, behavioral and emotional challenges in children, family conflict, and life transitions. I bring a calm, consistent presence to this work, shaped by years of experience in complex clinical settings where meeting people with steadiness and genuine care made all the difference. My goal is to create a space where you feel truly seen and supported.

My approach to therapy

I take a warm, collaborative approach grounded in family systems thinking alongside evidence-based modalities including CBT and trauma-informed frameworks. I believe that understanding the full context of a person's life, their relationships, history, and day-to-day environment, is essential to meaningful progress. I tailor the work to where you are, not where a textbook says you should be. I am committed to showing up as a consistent, trustworthy presence, because the therapeutic relationship itself is a foundation for real change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity to share what is bringing you in and what you are hoping for from therapy. I will ask questions, listen carefully, and make sure you have space to ask anything that matters to you. There is no pressure to have everything figured out before we start. My goal is for you to leave that first session feeling settled, heard, and clear about what working together could look like. I look forward to seeing if we are a good fit.
