Great to meet you!

I’ve spent my career supporting children, teens, and families through some of the toughest moments—domestic violence, substance use, and times when someone is thinking about hurting themself or others. More recently, I’ve focused on families navigating separation and divorce, helping everyone find their footing in “divorce land.” If your family is going through a big change, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

My approach to therapy

In our work, I take a psychodynamic, trauma-informed approach and draw from CBT, art, mindfulness, and play, all within a person-centered, multicultural lens. That means sessions are flexible and tailored to you or your child. I’m comfortable working with all ages around trauma, grief, big life changes, anxiety, depression, and the messy in-between spaces that are hard to put into words.

What you can expect from me

I’m dedicated to helping you clarify what you want from therapy and setting goals that truly fit your life. Together, we’ll make sense of the unknown and take it one step at a time. The first step is often the hardest—let’s normalize that. Send me a message or request a call, and we can see whether working together feels like a good fit.
