Great to meet you!

I specialize in assisting children, individuals, couples, and families dealing with everyday stress, burnout, mood and anxiety issues, relationship challenges, complex trauma, behavioral concerns, and life transitions. My primary goal is to promote self-understanding and overall well-being of my clients. To achieve this, I am dedicated to aiding clients in developing effective coping strategies, enhancing emotional intelligence, and fostering healthier relationships with themselves and others.

My approach to therapy

Every problem is unique, just like every individual, so in my opinion, there is no one approach that works for everyone. That is why I take the time to understand my client’s needs and accommodate them through an integrative approach. I often use techniques rooted in solution-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, play therapy, behavior therapy, and mindfulness. I also have expertise in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Mapping and Adapting Practices, and TFCBT.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will work together on creating a space of empathy, understanding, and openness that will act as a foundation for exploration, change, and growth. Before starting therapy with me, my clients should know that our therapeutic journey is unique to you. My goal is to create a safe and comfortable space, free from any judgements. I am here to help you come to a place where you feel more empowered in your life to make changes.
