Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified psychiatrist who is dedicated to providing warm, individualized care for each person I work with. I support adults of all ages—including older adults and caregivers—through challenges such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, life transitions, and cognitive decline. My clinical background spans outpatient, inpatient, and long-term care settings, which allows me to provide continuity of care that adapts to your needs at every stage of life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is thoughtful, empathetic, and collaborative. I believe in empowering you to navigate emotional challenges with confidence and resilience. Together, we’ll build a treatment plan that supports your goals and helps you move toward greater mental and emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I’ll take time to get to know you through a comprehensive evaluation. We’ll review your symptoms, medical and family history, past treatments, and goals for care. This session, which can last up to 60 minutes, will allow us to begin shaping a personalized treatment plan that may include therapy, medication, or other recommendations.
