Great to meet you!

I bring over 10 years of experience supporting clients across inpatient psychiatric hospitals, outpatient clinics, and private practice settings. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.

I work with adults, adolescents, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, relationship challenges, life transitions, grief, stress, low self-esteem, and emotional overwhelm. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I draw from evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches, including CBT, EMDR, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and parts work.

Clients often describe me as understanding, genuine, and easy to talk to. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel truly heard while also receiving practical guidance and meaningful support. Together, we will identify what is keeping you stuck, build on your strengths, and work toward lasting changes that help you feel more confident, connected, and aligned in your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your individual needs. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and understood while also receiving practical tools and honest guidance to help you move forward.

I integrate evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches, including CBT, EMDR, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and parts work. Together, we will explore the patterns and experiences contributing to your current challenges, build on your strengths, and develop strategies that create meaningful, lasting change. Therapy with me is not one-size-fits-all—we will work at a pace that feels comfortable while staying focused on the goals that matter most to you.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will get to know one another and begin building trust and a comfortable therapeutic relationship. I will explain what you can expect from therapy, answer any questions, and learn more about what brought you in, your personal and mental health history, and the goals you would like to work toward. Before we finish, we will discuss the next steps and schedule a follow-up appointment.
