Great to meet you!

Hello and thank you for considering Porsche Cares Therapeutic Health Services on your journey to mental well being. I am excited to partake on this journey with you. Some of my specialties are listed below

ADHD, Racism, oppression, and discrimination - College & graduate student mental health - Adjustment disorders -Medical professionals' mental health - Support navigating work-related expectations and stress; addressing issues of burnout, hierarchical pressures, and vicarious trauma

My approach to therapy

I have fine-tuned my therapeutic approach to better understand and navigate through the complicated roles culture and gender impact our abilities to seek, access and practice mental wellbeing in the United states. I provide safe spaces as an ally and woman for BIPOC to process and explore thoughts, feelings, and experiences (past or present) that have significant impact on our functioning in family, social, and occupational/academic settings.

What you can expect from me

Our initial goal is to provide a safe and comfortable nonjudgmental environment conducive to self disclosure and COLLABORATE in creating effective treatment goals that will assist you in improving your quality of life. I start where you are. Active and reflective listening, assessment of needs, resource coordination, and a fun and noninvasive way to learn and resolve life's hardships on a consistent basis. I love to see YOU WIN!
