Great to meet you!

Many of the clients I work with come to me feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally drained—whether due to anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or a major life change that has left them uncertain about their next steps. My goal is to provide a supportive space where they can regain clarity, rebuild confidence, and move forward with greater ease.

My approach to therapy

Through a compassionate, client-centered approach, I help clients feel understood while building resilience, developing effective coping strategies, and fostering personal growth. I specialize in anxiety, depression, grief, work–life balance, and life transitions, guiding clients toward greater balance, understanding, and confidence at their own pace.

What you can expect from me

I’m passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges and discover new ways to grow. Together, we’ll build practical coping tools, explore emotions, and create a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported as you strengthen resilience and find balance.
