Great to meet you!

I have over 25 years of experience working directly with mental health, dual diagnosis and substance abuse clients. Please don’t continue suffering alone. With help, there is a way to become free again. I have many years of experience working with Adolescents, Adults and the Elderly. I specialize in Dysfunctional Families, Abuse, Anger Management, Addiction and Relationship issues. Many of my clients suffer with mental health issues, Depression, Anxiety, Grief, Employment Stress, and PTSD. I worked with First Responders, Veterans and Active-Duty Military. Thank you all for your service.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I often work with clients by teaching them about (CBT), cognitive behavioral therapy. Helping the client to see the connections between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. We look at their life history and see how their past life experiences could influence them today.

What you can expect from our first session

I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I try to build a relationship that is based on trust and mutual respect. I am dedicated to tailoring the sessions to meet the client’s unique needs and goals.
