Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I believe that mental health is the foundation of overall well-being. Taking the first step to seek support is often the hardest, and I want to acknowledge the courage it takes to begin this journey. My experience includes working with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

I view counseling as a collaborative process where you and I work together to identify your goals, explore your strengths, and address obstacles that may be holding you back. My style is warm, supportive, and grounded in respect. I integrate evidence-based practices with a person-centered approach to ensure your unique needs are at the core of our work. You can expect me to listen attentively, offer new perspectives, and walk alongside you as you gain insight and develop healthier ways of coping.

What you can expect from me

Our initial session will focus on getting to know you — your story, your background, and your hopes for therapy. We’ll explore what’s most important to you and begin creating a plan that feels both achievable and meaningful. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel comfortable opening up and being your authentic self. From there, we’ll continue working together to move toward the changes you want to see in your life.
