Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with trauma, gender, and sexuality, BIPOC communities, those in non-traditional relationships, those dealing with depression and anxiety, and adolescents. Through play, education, and communication, anyone can work through their past and present to create a brighter future.

My approach to therapy

I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), one of the leading techniques for dealing with past trauma.

What you can expect from me

The most important part of counseling is the relationship between the counselor and the client. I spend time getting to know each of my clients so that I can tailor a healing plan specifically for them and ensure they get the most impact from our sessions together.
