Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with more than 20 years of experience supporting adolescents, transitional-age youth, adults, and families through some of life's most difficult moments. My background includes mental health counseling, substance use and co-occurring disorders, crisis intervention, child welfare, Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), and community-based behavioral health.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I meet you where you are and work with you to understand what may be getting in the way of the life you want. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, relationships, major life transitions, or simply feeling overwhelmed, we will work together to identify your strengths, develop meaningful strategies, and move toward positive change.

What you can expect from me

I believe that every person has a story, and that being truly heard can be the beginning of healing. I strive to create a therapeutic environment where you feel respected, understood, and safe enough to be honest about what you're experiencing without judgment. You are not defined by what you've been through. Your experiences are part of your story, but they don't have to determine your future.
