Great to meet you!

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with over 15 years of experience working in community agencies, universities, and K-12 school settings. I have extensive experience counseling individuals of all ages with anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. I assist individuals in meeting their personal and professional goals while navigating anxiety, depression, executive functioning deficits, and social relationships.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Through our sessions, I will help you better understand how your brain and body communicate, assist you in calming your nervous system, and help you accept all parts of yourself while creating a safe space to share and explore your lived experience through mindfulness and meditation coping strategies.

What you can expect from our first session

Individual therapy sessions are tailored to your unique needs and goals. I use evidence-based practices to help you overcome challenges and improve your mental well-being. You will gain useful coping and communication strategies to use in everyday life, not just during a crisis.
