Great to meet you!

Welcome. I provide a warm, affirming space for individuals navigating identity exploration, life transitions, and mental health challenges. My goal is to support your healing and growth by honoring every part of who you are—mind, body, heart, and spirit.

I have been working in the mental health field for over 8 years and completed my Masters in Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling at Thomas University. My passion for counseling comes from a deep belief in the power of connection and healing. As a South Asian woman and daughter of immigrants, I understand the impact of culture and identity on mental health and am committed to providing inclusive, affirming care.

I enjoy working with individuals exploring identity, managing life transitions, or navigating cultural and mental health challenges. I am especially passionate about supporting BIPOC clients and helping them feel seen, understood, and empowered.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, culturally responsive, and grounded in compassion. Together, we'll explore your experiences, build on your strengths, and work toward meaningful change in a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered. I strive to create a safe environment where you can be your authentic self, communicate openly, and feel supported as we navigate challenges and celebrate growth together.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, explore your goals and concerns, and answer any questions you have. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, comfortable, and supported. We’ll work together to identify goals that reflect your values and priorities. By building on your strengths and tracking progress along the way, I help create realistic, meaningful steps toward lasting growth and well-being.
