Great to meet you!

My name is Ina Wibowo, and I hold a Doctorate in Nursing from the University of Texas. I am dual board-certified as a Psychiatric NP and Acute Care NP. Whether someone is seeking a one-time consultation or committing to long-term therapy, I am dedicated to supporting them on their journey toward mental well-being and fulfillment.

My approach to therapy

My approach to mental healthcare is collaborative and empowering,

With years of psychiatric experience working in both outpatient and inpatient settings, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my practice. My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, solution-focused brief therapy, and positive psychology to provide comprehensive and holistic care. My goal is to help clients gain new perspectives and strength to be the best version of themselves.

In addition, I incorporate Motivational Interviewing (MI) to create a supportive environment where patients can explore their motivations and readiness for change. Mindfulness techniques are utilized to help individuals cultivate awareness and acceptance of their thoughts and feelings, promoting emotional regulation.

Also, as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, I bring valuable experience in diverse specialties, including hospitalist care, neurosurgery, and infectious disease. This background equips me with a comprehensive understanding of complex medical conditions and a holistic approach to patient care, ensuring that I address both physical and emotional health needs.

What you can expect from me

In sessions with me, you can expect a friendly and supportive environment where you feel comfortable exploring your thoughts and emotions. My goal is to help you gain insights into your experiences and develop practical strategies for personal growth. Together, we’ll identify your specific goals, whether that’s managing stress, improving relationships, or addressing challenges you’re facing.

You can realistically expect to leave our sessions with a better understanding of yourself, enhanced coping skills, and actionable steps to apply in your daily life. I’m here to support you on your journey, creating a collaborative space where we can work together toward meaningful and achievable change.
