Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed therapist based in Philadelphia, PA, with over four years of experience working with individuals across a wide range of life challenges. My approach is relational and psychodynamic at its core — I believe that real, lasting change happens through the depth and quality of the therapeutic relationship, not just symptom management.

My approach to therapy

I work with adults navigating mood disorders, anxiety, depression, and life transitions, as well as those exploring questions of meaning, identity, and purpose. I also have experience supporting individuals with substance use concerns in a non-judgmental, exploratory framework.

What you can expect from me

I offer both virtual and in-person sessions in Philadelphia, and I tend to work best with clients who are looking for long-term, exploratory work. Whether you're dealing with burnout, feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, or trying to understand yourself better, I'd be glad to connect.
