Great to meet you!

I offer adult individual and couples therapy in California and take Aetna, United Health Care, Quest, and other insurance. You might look like you have it together on the outside, but inside feel anxious, overwhelmed, or burned out.

Many of my clients are thoughtful, capable people who struggle with overthinking, people-pleasing, and perfectionism—and find themselves feeling depleted in their work or disconnected in their relationships.

I focus on three main areas:

  • anxiety, stress, and burnout
  • people-pleasing, overfunctioning, and difficulty setting boundaries
  • relationship challenges, including communication issues, infidelity, and premarital concerns

As an Asian American woman/mother of Indian descent and the eldest daughter of immigrants, I understand the complexity of navigating multiple identities and expectations. Before becoming a therapist, I spent a decade in corporate media leading marketing teams for Fortune 500 companies, and I’m especially attuned to burnout, overfunctioning, and the pressure to always “keep it together.” As a parent, I also understand the emotional load many people carry in their daily lives.. My approach to therapy

My approach is calm, collaborative, and insight-oriented. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where we can reflect and make sense of moments when you feel depleted, unfulfilled, or disconnected from your inner compass.

Together, we build awareness and strengthen skills — including emotional regulation, healthier boundaries, and clearer communication — so you can respond more intentionally rather than feel stuck on autopilot. You can feel more grounded, more confident in yourself, and more connected in your relationships.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, structured, and supportive space. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy right now, what symptoms or stressors you’re noticing, and what you hope might improve if therapy is successful.

You don’t need to have everything figured out — part of our work is creating clarity together. Many clients leave feeling more understood and clearer about their next steps and goals.
