Hello,

I am a dually trained Psychiatic Mental Health NP as well as a Family NP. I graduated from the university of Alabama in 2016 (roll tide). While I work with people of all walks of life I especially enjoy treating women age 18-45 . I enjoy helping them navigate through transitional/challenging periods of life whether you're in college, just entering the workforce or a stay at home mom trying to juggle it all. I'm here and ready to help you feel more regulated and capable to meet life's demands. I specialize in anxiety, depression ADHD and PTSD . I have a patient centered collaborative approach. I emphasize education and empowerment.

I take a very strong collaborative and integrative approach to treatment. This is where medicine and your belief system of wellness collide.
