Great to meet you!

I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families in outpatient settings, providing therapeutic support across a variety of concerns. I have also provided in-home services through Multisystemic Family Therapy (MST) and Functional Family Therapy (FFT), working with families who have youth at risk for out-of-home placement. In these roles, I collaborated with families in their homes to address goals tailored to their unique needs. Common areas of focus included family conflict, trauma, curfew violations, truancy, and substance use. Additionally, I have experience working with children as young as four years old, helping them develop coping skills to manage challenges such as adjustment difficulties, ADHD, depression, anxiety, trauma, infidelity within the family system, and eating disorders. I have also worked with individuals experiencing trauma, infidelity, depression, anxiety, and substance use. My goal is to support individuals, couples, and families in identifying and achieving the goals that are most meaningful to them while strengthening relationships and building practical coping strategies for long-term well-being.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy from a place of curiosity, empathy, and support. I believe it is important to truly listen to my clients and understand their experiences, goals, and challenges. By creating a safe and nonjudgmental space, I aim to help clients feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and feelings openly. My goal is to work collaboratively with each client to explore what they are going through and to support them in finding strategies that best fit their individual needs. I recognize that every person’s journey is unique, so I strive to tailor my approach in a way that is respectful, flexible, and supportive of their personal growth. Ultimately, I want my clients to feel heard, understood, and empowered as they work toward positive change.

What you can expect from me

Through our partnership, we will work to identify coping strategies for a wide range of life’s stressors, including depression, anxiety, changes in life, loss, relationship difficulties, and more. I believe that you remain the expert of your own life, and it is a priority that we collaborate on a customized plan to help you realize your goals, focus on healing, and rebuild your foundation in a way that feels sustainable.
