Great to meet you!
I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families in outpatient settings, providing therapeutic support across a variety of concerns. I have also provided in-home services through Multisystemic Family Therapy (MST) and Functional Family Therapy (FFT), working with families who have youth at risk for out-of-home placement. In these roles, I collaborated with families in their homes to address goals tailored to their unique needs. Common areas of focus included family conflict, trauma, curfew violations, truancy, and substance use. Additionally, I have experience working with children as young as four years old, helping them develop coping skills to manage challenges such as adjustment difficulties, ADHD, depression, anxiety, trauma, infidelity within the family system, and eating disorders. I have also worked with individuals experiencing trauma, infidelity, depression, anxiety, and substance use. My goal is to support individuals, couples, and families in identifying and achieving the goals that are most meaningful to them while strengthening relationships and building practical coping strategies for long-term well-being.
