Great to meet you!

I am Precious Chukwu, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care across the lifespan. I support adolescents, adults, and older adults navigating depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma-related conditions, and other mental health concerns. With experience in inpatient, forensic, and behavioral health settings, I offer steady support as you seek help, wellness, and change. I believe care begins with listening—not labels—and understanding the person behind the symptoms. My goal is to help you feel more like yourself—one step at a time.

My approach to therapy

I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive psychotherapy tailored to each individual's needs. My approach combines evidence-based treatment with collaborative care, while honoring your goals and lived experience. Together, we will build a plan that feels useful—not one-size-fits-all. Together, we will move forward.

What you can expect from me

Taking the first step toward mental health treatment can be challenging, but you do not have to do it alone. I strive to create a supportive, respectful and judgment-free environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. Together, we can develop a personalized path toward healing, resilience, and wellness. Reaching out is a meaningful act of care.
