Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate, trauma-informed therapist who believes healing begins in a space where individuals feel seen, valued, and understood. My professional background includes working with individuals in foster care, providing BIPOC and LGBTQ+ affirming counseling, and serving as a school counselor. I am TBRI trained and bring a deep understanding of how trauma, identity, and life transitions impact emotional well-being. I specialize in supporting clients navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and major life challenges, and I am committed to providing care that honors each client’s unique experiences and goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is holistic, client-centered, and solution-focused. I believe that life is a journey of adaptation, and therapy should support clients as they navigate obstacles while building on their existing strengths. I use trauma-informed practices and tailor treatment to each individual’s needs, creating a collaborative process where clients feel empowered and supported. I strive to offer an affirming and inclusive environment where all identities are respected, and where healing, growth, and resilience are nurtured.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where they feel safe to share at their own pace. We will explore what brings you to therapy, discuss your goals, and begin identifying what support looks like for you. My goal is to ensure you feel heard, validated, and comfortable while we start building a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust. Together, we will work toward creating meaningful, achievable goals that support healing and personal growth.
