Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, addiction, life transitions, relationship concerns, family dynamics, and other mental health challenges. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change.

Throughout my career in the last 5 years, I have had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those experiencing homelessness, substance use disorders, severe and persistent mental illness, and involvement with the criminal justice system. These experiences have strengthened my belief that every person deserves compassionate, nonjudgmental care tailored to their unique story.

I earned my Bachelor of Science from California State University, Fullerton, and my Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California (USC).

My approach to therapy

I believe that each person already possesses strengths and resilience—even during life’s most difficult moments. My approach is rooted in strengths-based therapy, where we work together to identify your existing abilities while developing new tools to navigate life’s challenges.

Whether you’re coping with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, or major life transitions, I strive to provide a warm, collaborative, and supportive space where healing can occur. Together, we’ll build practical coping strategies, process difficult experiences, and foster resilience so you can move forward with greater confidence, self-awareness, and hope.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Together, we’ll create goals that reflect your unique needs, values, and aspirations. My role is to meet you where you are, provide encouragement without judgment, and support you every step of your journey. I am committed to helping you gain insight, build resilience, and develop the confidence to overcome obstacles while creating lasting, meaningful change.
