I approach work with my patients with genuineness, unconditional positive regard, and empathy. I work with my patients according to their goals in a collaborative manner. I also meet my patients where they are, with challenges that are digestible.

I use an eclectic approach including person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and humanistic/existential methods. My approach is determined by client goals.

The first session would include a biopsychosocial assessment and goal-setting.
