Great to meet you!

I hold a Doctorate Degree in Counselor Education and Supervision and I am a licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC). I am a certified Integrative Mental Health Professional and a certified Mental Health and Nutrional Clinical Specialist. In addition, I am certified in neuropsychotherapy, and Trauma Therapy. I have extensive professional experience using DBT with children & adults.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work with culturally diverse clients using neuroscience, nourishment, music, art, role-play and play therapy. I have an integrated style of counseling which allows me to help clients receive individualized treatment. Using this approach accommodates each client’s learning style and perceptions as they go through their process at their own capacity.

What you can expect from our first session

I worked but am not limited to, relationships issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, autism, intellectual disabilities, ADHD, & parent coaching. I worked in residential, hospitals, private practice, supervision, parenting education, couples, family and substance use therapy.

I truly believe that everything in life that happens is there for a purpose which should not be thought of as a mistake, but as an experience that will bring wisdom, strength, and growth as an individual.
