Great to meet you!

I am a Mental Health Counselor with over 16 years’ experience working with individuals and families with behavioral concerns. I offer evidenced based support for treating anxiety, racial trauma, mood disorders, relationship issues and dynamics, women's issues, LGBTQIA+, self-empowerment and family therapy.

My approach to therapy

I offer virtual therapy with a heavy emphasis on multicultural sensitivity, including weekends and evenings.

I am skilled in helping adults and seniors suffering from self-esteem and relationship issues, my style is collaborative, and I find myself leaning towards a CBT and person-centered approach drawing on Gestalt theory for a different take on familiar problems.

What you can expect from me

I understand the importance of setting reasonable expectations and can provide you with a non-judgmental and safe therapeutic environment that allows for you to be creative in your thinking and to validate your life experiences.
