Great to meet you!

I became a therapist to help others down a path that I benefited from as they work to overcome grief, depression, anxiety, trauma, and weak self-worth.

I am an empathetic motivator who will partner with you to help you move from where you are now to where you want to be. My job is to get you to that finish line where you are leading a fulfilled, values-based life. I hold the hope until you no longer need me to hold it for you.

My approach to therapy

People can expect to walk through the pain at their own pace towards building a vision for the life they now have after loss. This walk through pain is not for the faint of heart. I will encourage, challenge, and hold you accountable.

What you can expect from me

I am here to accompany you and create a safe and supportive environment for our sessions. The speed at which we work together is up to you. Expect to get tailored, evidence-based tools to apply to your real-life challenge.
