My practice focuses on providing compassionate mental health and primary care services to children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, and stress-related concerns, using a holistic and patient-centered approach.
With a background in both primary and psychiatric care, I’m able to support my clients’ mental and physical well-being. I take the time to truly listen, collaborate on care plans, and empower each individual to achieve the best quality of life possible. I'm passionate about reducing the stigma around mental health and making quality care more accessible.
