Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who provides therapy in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and behavioral challenges.

My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and understood. I value collaboration and believe that therapy should be tailored to each individual’s unique needs, strengths, and goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and goal-oriented. I utilize evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and trauma-informed care.

Together, we will identify patterns that may be contributing to emotional distress, develop practical coping skills, strengthen emotional regulation, and work toward meaningful and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, we will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, current concerns, personal history, strengths, and goals for treatment. This session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and determine how we can work together effectively.

My priority is to create a comfortable environment where you feel safe sharing at your own pace. By the end of the session, we will begin identifying goals and developing a plan that supports your needs and well-being.
