Great to meet you!

I am a dual-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner with experience caring for adults with both mental health and chronic medical concerns. My background includes psychiatric medication management as well as several years of experience in nephrology, which helps me consider the whole person when developing a treatment plan.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, mood changes, difficulty concentrating, sleep concerns, and other emotional or behavioral health challenges. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and practical. I take time to listen, explain treatment options clearly, and help clients feel comfortable participating in decisions about their care.

I provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management through telehealth for adults throughout Arizona. Services are available in both English and Spanish.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is warm, collaborative, and individualized. I believe you should feel heard and included in decisions about your treatment, rather than feeling as though a plan is being made for you. I take time to understand what you are experiencing, how it is affecting your daily life, and what matters most to you.

As both a psychiatric and family nurse practitioner, I also consider how physical health, medications, sleep, stress, and life circumstances may be affecting your mental well-being. I provide thoughtful psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, mood changes, difficulty concentrating, and sleep problems.

My goal is to explain your options clearly, answer your questions honestly, and work with you to develop a treatment plan that feels comfortable, realistic, and tailored to your needs. Care is available in both English and Spanish.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for me to get to know you beyond a list of symptoms. I want to understand what you have been experiencing, how it has been affecting your everyday life, and what you would like to feel differently.

We will talk through your mental health and medical history, current medications, sleep, stress, and past treatment experiences at a pace that feels comfortable. I strive to create a calm, supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and never rushed.

By the end of the visit, we will review your options together and create a treatment plan that feels realistic, collaborative, and tailored to you.
