Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a licensed Professional Counselor with over 6 years of experience working with people experiencing complex trauma, depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders. I've also worked with teens, individuals and couples experiencing separation and loss, family conflict, and parenting problems. My goal as a counselor is to help my clients discover who they truly are in their core, by clearing out all the unnecessary clutter in their lives. I can't wait to start this journey of self.

My approach to therapy

I take a grounded, collaborative approach that helps you slow down, get clear, and understand what’s really underneath what you’re experiencing. We’ll look at patterns shaped by trauma, relationships, and life stress, and gently begin to untangle what no longer serves you. My goal is to help you reconnect with who you are at your core, with more clarity, stability, and self-trust.

What you can expect from me

You can expect me to be real with you! I am compassionate and create a space where you can feel fully heard and understood, without judgment or pressure to perform. I’ll meet you where you are while also helping you move forward in a way that feels steady, meaningful, and doable.
