1 year of experience
  • Anxiety, ADD/ADHD, Bipolar disorder, Depression

Great to meet you!

Priscilla is a psychiatric nurse practitioner providing comprehensive care to children, adolescents, and adults across a broad range of emotional and psychiatric concerns. Her clinical experience includes ADHD, OCD, mood and anxiety disorders, autism spectrum–related needs, and complex presentations that do not always fit neatly into a single diagnosis. She works especially well with individuals who have previously felt rushed, unheard, or underserved in mental health care and are seeking a more thoughtful, personalized experience. Priscilla is the founder of Solace Beyond Psychiatry, where she specializes in autism-focused psychiatric care for children and families. She brings a developmentally informed, full-spectrum perspective to all of her work.

My approach to therapy

Priscilla’s approach to care is intentional, collaborative, and tailored to the individual. She takes time to understand the broader context of each person’s experiences — including what has and has not worked in the past — before making treatment decisions. Medication management is approached thoughtfully, with clear explanations and shared decision-making throughout the process.

She values open communication and consistent follow-up, adjusting care based on lived experience rather than relying solely on symptom checklists. Her goal is to promote clarity, stability, and deeper self-understanding while honoring each person’s strengths, autonomy, and individuality.

What you can expect from me

The first session is centered on understanding you and what brings you in. We’ll explore your current concerns, past experiences with treatment, what has or hasn’t been helpful, and what you’re hoping for moving forward. I take time to listen carefully and ask thoughtful questions, so you feel heard, respected, and understood. You can expect a collaborative, unhurried conversation with clear explanations along the way. By the end of our session, we’ll begin outlining a treatment plan that feels intentional, supportive, and aligned with your goals.
