Great to meet you!

My name is Priscilla and I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have been working in the field of mental health for over 16 years. I graduated from San Diego State University with a bachelor's degree in psychology and went on to pursue a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. When I am not working, I am a mother to two small children.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have an easy-going approach to therapy and will go only as far as you take us. I am drawing on modalities such as Family Systems, CBT, Client Centered Therapy, Existential Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. I chose to become a mental health professional because life is anything but smooth. When it seems like the weight of the world is bearing down on you, just remember you're not alone; this is not how the story ends. If you are ready to do the work, I am ready to support your journey.

What you can expect from our first session

Let me help you unpack so you can begin to focus on what's important and find meaning in life again. Depression, anxiety, and high stress individuals are some of my favorite individuals to work with. I will help you recharge, prioritize responsibilities, improve productivity, and redefine yourself.
