Great to meet you!

As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I know that starting therapy or medication management can feel like a big step, and I want it to feel manageable from our very first conversation. My practice focuses on supporting people through anxiety, depression, and PTSD. I listen closely to what you are going through before recommending a path forward, and I stay open to adjusting that plan as we learn what works best for you. Building my practice from the ground up, I bring real care and attention to every person I work with, because each relationship matters to me. I want you to feel heard, respected, and confident in your care.

My approach to therapy

I approach care directly and honestly, walking you through options in plain language so you always know what to expect. I stay open to trying new approaches when something is not working, and I create a warm, welcoming space where you can be candid about what you are experiencing.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, expect a warm welcome and a straightforward conversation about what brought you in. We will review your history together, and I will explain next steps clearly so you leave with a clear plan and know exactly what happens after our visit.
