Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Priscilla, a psychiatric nurse practitioner licensed in Kansas and Alaska. I offer medication management and therapy for adults and seniors, with a focus on anxiety, all by telehealth. I keep evening and Saturday hours so care fits around your week, not the other way around. I'd love to work with you.

My approach to therapy

I combine medication management with supportive talk therapy, so we look at both the biology and the day to day of what you are carrying. Sessions start with how you are actually doing, not just a checklist of symptoms, then we adjust medication together and talk through what is making anxiety louder or quieter that week. [provider to confirm: the specific therapy approaches or training she draws on in session] My goal is steady, practical progress you can feel between visits, not just read about on paper, and a plan that changes as your life does.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a full review: your history, what has and has not worked, and what you want different. From there we build a plan together, medication, therapy, or both, and check in regularly on how it is landing. Sessions are by telehealth, with evening appointments Monday through Thursday and Saturday mornings available, so you can get care without rearranging your whole week. You should leave each session feeling heard and clearer on the next step.
