Great to meet you!

I work with individuals across the lifespan — children, teens, and adults — because I believe growth is possible at any age and every stage of life. My approach is collaborative and I see therapy as a partnership. Together, we'll identify your goals, build on your strengths, and take practical, meaningful steps toward the life you want to create. Whether you're seeking therapy for your child or for yourself, I welcome the opportunity to help you navigate even the most challenging situations.

My approach to therapy

As a Registered Play Therapist, I use Child-Centered Play Therapy to meet children in their natural language—play! Through play, children safely process emotions, build confidence, and develop problem-solving skills, with caregivers supported every step of the way.

With teens and adults, I offer an empathetic space that honors each person's strengths. I believe genuine connection is where growth happens, and research backs this up: the therapeutic relationship remains one of the strongest predictors of successful outcomes.

What you can expect from me

From our first session, I prioritize creating a space where you feel seen, safe, and accepted. I bring authenticity into the room through compassion, curiosity, humor, and thoughtful accountability. From there, we'll work toward your goals using evidence-based approaches and celebrating progress as it happens. My hope is that our work together leaves you feeling empowered to understand your story, strengthen your relationships, and grow into the fullest version of yourself.
