I became a psychotherapist because I truly want to help others. Ever since I was little, I was always thinking about other people and how their experiences shaped them. And I have always asked myself; what can I do to help?

I've had the privilege of working with and serving many different populations since the start of my clinical career. When I became a wife and mother myself, I developed a passion for working with women and couples as they navigate life transitions.

I am a psychotherapist that utilizes a systemic and humanistic approach when working with my clients. I believe that therapy is a journey; it won't always be easy, or even linear, but the work can be so beautiful.

As a marriage and family therapist, my lens considers the impact of the bigger picture. We, as human beings, weren't meant to do life alone. We are shaped by our experiences, and often need guidance, education, encouragement, and support as we navigate life's challenges. I attune to my client; at times we need validation and to be heard. Other times we need to be challenged and curious. I meet you where you are, and we take it from there.
