Great to meet you!

My name is Priscilla Ledesma. I'm an LPC in Texas. I graduated with my masters degree in Counseling from The University of Texas at San Antonio. I'm excited to meet you & start your journey to healing together. I specialize in young adults such as Gen Z and Millennials. I also have 10+ years of experience working with adolescents in & out of the school setting as a certified Professional School Counselor. I work with those with issues with self-esteem, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, self-image, trauma & grief.

My approach to therapy

My style of counseling is very warm and welcoming. I welcome humor and authenticity in my sessions. My approach to therapy is very conversational, affirming and open-minded. I want you to feel comfortable in sharing with me. I pride myself on building strong rapport with my clients. I focus on what is relevant to you; if it's important to you, then it's important to me.

What you can expect from me

My goal is for you to leave sessions feeling lighter than how you came in. I strive to build strong rapport so when you're in session you're feeling comfortable in feeling vulnerable and always open to be your authentic self. I want you to know you're in a warm, welcoming and affirming environment. I enjoy humor in sessions and fostering a non-judgmental space. Our goals will always be client-centered that are helpful in your healing and growth.
