Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over five years of clinical experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults across the lifespan. I have worked in outpatient therapy, psychiatry, crisis intervention, emergency services, and care management, which allows me to support clients with a wide range of needs. I provide therapy in English and Spanish and strive to create a supportive, respectful, and affirming space for all clients, including members of the LGBTQIA+ community.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and strengths-based. I integrate evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT-informed skills, family systems therapy, and brief solution-focused therapy. When working with children and adolescents, I also use play-based and developmentally appropriate interventions. I tailor therapy to each client’s goals, values, and lived experiences, with an emphasis on practical skills, emotional regulation, and meaningful progress.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a space to get to know one another and begin building a sense of safety and trust. Clients can expect a supportive, non-judgmental conversation focused on understanding their concerns, goals, and what brings them to therapy. I will ask questions about current challenges, background, and strengths, and together we will begin identifying goals and next steps for treatment at a pace that feels comfortable.
