Great to meet you!

Maybe you’ve been feeling lost in a cycle of anxiety, depression, mood swings, or overwhelming stress. Maybe you’re wrestling with emotional pain, trauma, or mental health challenges that make it hard to feel like yourself. You want more than band-aid solutions, you want someone who sees you, understands where you’re coming from, and helps you find a path toward healing, clarity, and stability.

My approach to therapy

I’m someone ho believes in caring for the whole person, your mind, emotions, history, identity, and life circumstances. I bring many years of experience helping people navigate anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, trauma, PTSD, ADHD, mood disorders, and related challenges. I believe healing happens when we combine empathy, respect, and personalized care. My style is warm, open-minded, and grounded in understanding. I aim to offer support that meets you where you are, helps you understand what’s going on, and guides you toward balance and hope.

What you can expect from me

If you decide to take a first step, you’ll find a safe, non-judgmental place where you can share what’s on your mind. I’ll listen, really listen to your story, your struggles, and your hopes. Together we’ll begin to shape a plan that reflects your needs, strengths, and life. My hope is that by the end of our first conversation, you’ll feel heard, supported, and maybe for the first time in a long while, hopeful about where things could go.

Here’s your invitation If you’re ready to stop feeling stuck, if you want someone who sees you beyond a diagnosis, let’s connect. I’d be honored to walk this journey with you, to help you find clarity, resilience, and a renewed sense of possibility.
