Great to meet you!

With over 15 years of dedicated service to youth, families, and adults, I understand the immense courage it takes to seek support. My journey began in youth ministry, where serving as a lay counselor to countless youth, volunteers, and families opened my eyes to a profound community need—and propelled me to pursue my Master’s in Professional Counseling. Today, as a fully licensed LPC, this diverse background allows me to bring deep insight and care to every individual I walk alongside.

My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can slow down, breathe, and pay attention to what your mind and body need. Whether you are recovering from past trauma, navigating conflicts, or simply feeling lost in the trajectory of your life, I am here to walk alongside you. I continue to work with clients from a variety of religious and non-religious backgrounds; we will work together to process these surreal or overwhelming moments, learn how to navigate your emotions, and help you move from feeling stuck to living with purpose.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, integrative, and deeply personalized. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all model, I draw from a diverse blend of evidence-based practices—including IFS, CBT, Trauma-Focused care, DBT tools, Solution-Focused therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I intentionally weave client-centered and multicultural perspectives into our sessions, ensuring you feel seen, respected, and fully supported in a space that honors your unique identity and life experiences.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is entirely about creating a safe space to land. We will spend the first few minutes going over standard paperwork and privacy details so you know exactly how your confidentiality is protected. After that, the session belongs to you. There is no pressure to dive into deep trauma right away or to perform. We will talk about what brought you to therapy, look at where you are currently struggling, and map out what healing and hope look like for you. You will leave our first session with a clear understanding of how we will work together, a few immediate grounding tools, and a collaborative roadmap for your recovery.
