Great to meet you!

Hi my name is Priscilla Sinclair and I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner currently accepting clients for medication evaluation and treatment.

I have been working in the field of psychiatry for 14+ years and prescribing psychiatric medications since 2018. I graduated from Middlebury College with a degree in Neuroscience and attended Regis College for my graduate studies.

My approach to therapy

I take a more therapeutic and holistic approach to treatment with a strong emphasis on trying to understand a person as a whole not just as symptoms but their environment, culture, and past.

I try to gear each session to what would most benefit the client's needs and treatment. I have worked extensively with those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, emotional dysregulation, and behavioral issues.

What you can expect from me

In our first session we will go through an hour long evaluation. At this time, I ask various questions to get to know you and what you are looking to get out of our treatment together. This time is to understand your needs, history, determine if you agree with treatment recommendations and if this will be a good fit for both parties. In understanding us as whole helps better direct medication treatment and my hope is to lead to least amount of medications for a shorter duration.
