Hello and welcome to my practice. I am a licensed mental health counselor who has been working in the field of mental health for 17 years. I am a graduate of Florida State University and Capella University. I have worked with children, adolescents and adults. I specialize in helping people overcome depression as well as trauma.
I specialize in providing a person-centered and solution-focused approach to therapy. I am EMDR basic trained with a special interest in trauma focused care.
My goal is to help clients identify their barriers, and to aide in helping them develop effective goals and objectives that will address these barriers. I aim to create a tranquil environment that allows my client to feel safe and free to express themselves.
