Great to meet you!

I am Christian and 1st generation Haitian-American from New York . My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is person-centered, strength-based and solutions focused. My innate sensitivity to cultural and gender issues has helped me to support and treat many individuals in overcoming challenges and achieving their goals individually, as well as in the family and group therapy settings. I enjoy working with individuals and/families to improve overall wellness and emotional health.

What you can expect from me

I work with my clients in overcoming crisis, stress, time management and organization, adjustment issues, relationships, post-partum depression and anxiety, as well as helping adolescents and adults with ADHD, Autism, to replace maladaptive behaviors with functional skills and tools that help them to live more independently in their natural environment.
