Great to meet you!
Pritika Sehgal, LMFT (she/her), works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, self-criticism, life stressors, and unresolved trauma. She believes that seeking therapy is a profound and courageous first step toward healing—especially in a world where stigma can create additional barriers to care. She also offers faith-based therapy for those who wish to incorporate their spiritual beliefs into the healing process and has experience working with individuals from South Asian backgrounds, bringing cultural sensitivity and understanding into her work.
With roots in India, Pritika understands the vital role culture, family systems, and identity play in mental health. She specializes in working with individuals from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds and approaches each client with empathy, respect, and curiosity about how culture shapes their lived experience.
Pritika earned her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Southern California (USC). Her training, combined with her lived experience, informs a compassionate and culturally responsive therapeutic style.
