Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Priya. I am a first-generation American, raised in an Indian immigrant household. I know what it's like to feel out of place, transitionary between two worlds, and afraid to express who you truly are--even to those closest to you. I have extensive experience working with minority, immigrant, queer, and neurodivergent populations. If you want a therapist who gets it, I am here for you.

My approach to therapy

I have a collaborative, solution-focused, and direct style! I will always show up for you in kindness, but I believe it is also my job as your therapist to assist in uncovering unhealthy interpersonal patterns or negative thought patterns. You can always count on me to provide honest feedback and help you learn about who you are as a whole person.

What you can expect from me

As you start your healing journey, we will work together to create goals to move toward the person and the life you desire. Come as you are, and I will meet you there and walk with you through this experience. I am happy to have a free 15-minute consultation with you to further discuss how we can get you started on your self-care quest!
