Great to meet you!

Depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, and life's many transitions can leave you feeling overwhelmed, alone, and uncertain of where to turn. When difficult emotions make it hard to see the forest for the trees, it may feel as though your world is spiraling out of control. Therapy offers a safe, compassionate space to slow down, gain clarity, and reconnect with yourself. Together, we'll work toward healing, building resilience, and creating a life that feels more grounded, meaningful, and authentic.

My approach to therapy

When you're at your lowest, it can be difficult to imagine that life can feel different. My approach is warm, compassionate, and psychodynamic, helping you explore the deeper patterns, relationships, and life experiences that shape how you think, feel, and connect with others. Together, we'll cultivate greater self awareness, navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, and develop healthier ways of coping that support lasting emotional growth and healing.

What you can expect from me

Beginning therapy can feel vulnerable, and it's natural to feel both hopeful and uncertain. During our first session, we'll take time to get to know one another, explore what's bringing you to therapy, and identify the goals that are most important to you. My hope is that you'll leave feeling heard, understood, and supported, with the reassurance that you don't have to navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, or life's challenges alone.
