Great to meet you!

As a first-generation American and proud daughter of immigrants, I understand that culture can play a major role in our mental health and therefore our treatment. I am committed to learning about you first so we can work together to achieve your goals.

My approach to therapy

Whether you have an active diagnosis or if you're simply looking for a safe space to process and reflect, I am confident in our ability to work together. I am a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, who also uses Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy. While I specialize in Anxiety, Panic, and Depression, I also work with the following issues: burnout, ADHD, stress management, relationship issues, family conflict, life goals, and self-esteem.

What you can expect from me

My view on therapy is that talking and venting is important, but it isn’t the end all be all. My approach combines allowing you to vent and unload, while teaching you the necessary tools to bring about long-lasting change. As such you can expect to end therapy feeling confident to any tackle issues that come your way.
